After my 1st email to Ragiema she has constantly stayed in contact and has followed up on a regular basis. From my pre-approval for home finance to the actual purchase of my 1st home. I never had to call to ask for anything. Every time Ragiema said she would get back to me at a certain day or time, she has. She is extremely friendly and efficient.
