GREAT customer service.

<p>I would like to thank Engila Boshoff BDM of the west rand Ooba branch, she’s been very helpful since I had a complaint with the previous consultant. Engila is a good example of what customer service should be, she is customer orientated, she puts customers first before herself to deliver a great experience for her customers. I believe she was not appointed as a sales manager by mistake but by the qualities she portray as a manager. Engila has been communicating with me throughout my home loan application, she’s been a good listener and had answers to every question I had for her. I can proudly say today that my home loan was successful and thank you very much Engila you’re a star I wish you all the best in your career.</p>
