Goes beyond her duties to ensure customer is satis

I have dealt with Ragiema on two accasions now and she has been exceptional on both. She takes her time to ensure that the customer understands all the requirements needed to apply for the bond. She responds to any enquiries immediately, even after hours. On both occasions was she able to appeal my bank lending rate and successfully bring it down. Her service was of a very high personal standard and I will definitely be using her again.
