Getting no feedback or joy out of Ooba

Me and my wife has been trying to apply for a loan and it just doesn't seem like I am getting anywhere with Ooba. I have to constantly phone to follow up on what is happening. This has now been going on for the last two weeks. I cannot see how it could possible take two weeks to get an answer or some direction from Ooba. <br> <br> I have been waiting for an answer from Nedbank for more than 5 days already. <br> <br> Please can I get feedback on this issue before my offer to purchase expire or before Christmas.
