Get you hooked then let you down!

<p>Great at getting you hooked, then when it comes to claims - slow, grumpy service and BAD assessors who verbally re-assure you then send in different reports resulting in unpaid claims or send out shoddy workers resulting in worse problems than the original - so sad that customer service is like this - how they get a #1 SA's insurer logo is beyind me. </p> <p>It is a pity that the finance and bond department don't share their "goodness" with the insurance claims and service provider people. It seems this is common when I look at the 5* and 1/2* ratings on hellopeter!! </p>
