I was privileged to work with one of the most exceptional OOBA HomeLoan Consultants by the name of Santa J van Rensburg. It amazed me how much effort she put to ensure I get a home loan.

Not only that, when I received the home loan approval at first, I went back and forth as I wasn't too happy with the years of repayment, the qualifying criteria and the qualifying amount. Santa time and time ensured she did whatever was necessary to ensure I was completely satisfied with the offer from the bank. She went out of her way to assist with a lower interest rate too.

When the entire process was eventually approved as per my request, she called me with so much excitement and passion to let me know that my home loan was approved as per what I wanted.
