Exceptional Service!!!

Being a first time home buyer can be one of the most exciting and nerve-wracking times of one's life and it is so important to be guided by the right person through the bond application processes.

My wife and I can not recommend our consultant Yusrah Petersen enough. We really felt like we were assigned someone who had our best interest at heart and truly dedicated herself to make sure we got pre-approved for our first home.

She made sure that we understood everything, cautioned us where she felt need be and continued to be resourceful after we got pre-approval.

Her ability to strike a balance between being completely professional and making us feel like we were just talking to a friend whilst we were making perhaps one of our most important applications of our life time was incredible.

She has grown onto us so much that we shared a personal moment of us both crying tears of joy as we received that "congratulations you've been pre-approved" email.

We have already invited her to our housewarming party when we finally move into our new home ,hopefully soon .

After mentioning all of the above, we have actually concluded that it is not a RECOMMENDATION to request Yusrah , it is actually our INSTRUCTION if you are looking for an efficient and professional consultant who is passionate about what she does !!!
