Excellent service via email just as I requested

What a pleasure. Firstly, all communication occurred via email as I requested. Amazing. Not many vendors have this brilliant level of customer service, it seems that nearly everyone has the leisure time and lackadaisical inclination to sit on the phone all day. Secondly, the entire process was only stalled by the banks who had to send out someone to evaluate the property. Not that they took long, just saying that was the longest wait in the entire process. It took me less than two weeks - including the valuation of the property by all the banks - to have a loan approved. The best part is not a single phone call - all of this was done at a time when I could reply to emails at my leisure, and the email responses came within a timeous manner. Thanks to my consultant, Ragiema Khan, for the excellent service and for sticking to email as I requested.
