Excellent service Ooba

Over a year ago my Brother and I required a homeloan, I went online and stumbled across Ooba. Sent through our application and was assigned a lady by the name of Lisa Malander. (I have since learnt she no longer works at Ooba ) This lady is, in my opinion the most "Kind, patient , helpful calm individule ever. She walked us through the processes and gave help and guidance when required. Always always wore a smile in her voice. She was a great asset to Ooba and I'm sure a great loss to them now she has gone. Thank you Lisa and Ooba for everything , our sale is finally in the last stages of completion and in reality we owe that to Ooba and their excellent staff. Keep up the good work and caring attitude.
