Excellent Service from Tracy Visagie - OOBA Homeloans Insurance

I've been a customer of Ooba Insurance since 2018 when I bought my house, Unfortunately, in 2020, I was retrenched and had to start claiming from Ooba for them to pay for my bond whilst I was looking for employment. Each time I call the Call-Centre, I would basically bounce from pillar to post - then one time, I referred to an old email I had received from Tracy and I started making direct contact with her.

Even if I call and she doesn't answer, I kid you not, she calls me back almost immediately, and she escalates my query accordingly. She's always courteous, very understanding and sympathetic to me, and quite honestly, I have never dealt with someone who made me feel so comfortable as a customer. Ooba needs to know that they have a gem in her, and I am hoping that they recognize that she's exactly the kind of person they need in their organisation, especially during these very uncertain times.
