Ragiema goes over and above to help her clients. The process can be extremely stressful for first-time buyers, and she had the experience to navigate us through the entire process. At the time I was a Private FNB client, and my banker advised me to contact FNB directly and not to use Ooba. However, they were not on my side and gave me the poorest service and feedback.
