Received the most efficient and professional service from Karen Martin from the Ooba East London office. From the time she received my documents to getting the approval and sorting out any post approval queries I had. She has kept me informed throughout the process and ensured everything is fast tracked. I don’t think it gets better than this when it comes to service and I am a very difficult person to impress.
