Excellent service from Karen

Beyond excellent service received from Karen Veldsman. She went out of her way to ensure we understood every part of the journey, knew what we could afford and how to improve our chances of getting the bond approved. At first we were sceptic of the pre-approval amount being on the high side, but then had to pick up our jaws when Karen managed to get all 4 major banks to offer us 100% at below prime interest rates.
