Excellent Service Chelsey and Conrad!! Would recommend any day

The entire process was seamless! From the time I worked with Chelsey until my file was handed over to Conrad. I am not very good when it comes to admin but Chelsey was great, helped me to organise and put my application in order. After signing the OTP, she told me she has to handover to Conrad and I was very sad because I had formed a good rapport with her. Then I started working with Conrad and he was also great! Conrad was highly informative, kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and eased a lot of uncer*****ies that come with this entire process. Its my third mortgage and I have always been apprehensive about using a bond originator, I regret the two times I didnt use this service, totally seamless and Conrad always advised what was in my best interest as the client. Buying a home is always daunting and there is always the fear of getting declined. When working with the banks directly it almost feels as though you're at their mercy. The service provided by Conrad and team puts the power back to the consumer, our banks could learn a lot from them! This is definitely the way to go! Would recommend Ooba any day!
