Excellent customer service and efficiency!
I wanted to do a quick pre-qualification online for a home loan. I was surprised at the prompt response from Candice Bailey from the contact centre. She contacted me and explained the process of formalising the Pre-qualification.
The process was effortless and efficient. She is knowledgeable and very helpful.
OOBA will definitely be my go to when applying for a bond.
