Excellent customer service
Roxanne Falcke-Appleton, a property finance specialist at Ooba home loans, deserves praise. Roxanne helped us get our house loan by being there for us at every stage. She put in a lot of effort to make us pleased. She certainly went above and above to provide us with all the information we needed to know. She surpassed our expectations, and this was the best customer service I've ever received, in my opinion. It felt as though we had known each other for years because we were so cordial and professional. I appreciate you, Roxanne; you're the finest!
