Elaine Adams - Great, efficient and friendly service

Ooba homeloans has been ideal to work with. I never once needed to pick up the phone to talk to them for hours on end answering the same questions. Elaine - my consultant - was efficient and friendly. She managed my case from beginning to end. I got pre-qualification with Ooba which was a breeze. I did everything online and filled in one or two documents after that. Honestly, not a stressful experience. I used BetterBond a few months ago and it was painful as the consultant did not ask the right questions at the time and it resulted in delays. Ooba's systems and staff are great. I would highly recommend their services.
