I'm being assisted my Micaela. She's very friendly and patient. She explains things clearly and patiently. She is easy to talk to but then I've been waiting for her call today as per her promise, she never called lol but I know she'll call when she's not busy. Otherwise she's doing an amazing job although we still starting this process.
