Customer service second to none

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Yvonne Viljoen at Ooba. I called Yvonne to ask for assistance with a high profile client. She took my call before 9am, had called the client within 15 minutes to do a needs analysis. Shortly after this it came to light that the client I asked her to assist with was already a client with Investec Private Bank and that she stood to make nothing off the deal. Nonetheless, she took it upon herself to oversee the process, personally calling the private banker, and keeping me informed all along the way. This was truly an example of her going the extra mile to support me, for which I was truly grateful. Customer service is something I value highly and there should be more people like Yvonne in the world! If anyone is looking for a morgage broker second to none, Yvonne is your person!
