completely appalled

I have never being in my life thus treated, I am completely appalled by the way KAREN VELDTSMAN has handled our applications, we came to your website hoping that it would at least be handled with a level of professionalism and integrity, she never calls , never write to update and informs us of any progress of the application, its exceedingly hard to get a hold of her. its been close to a month and there is still nothing from her. now the house we made an offer to has got another offer. I hope you get what's coming to you, I hope you too are treated with the same dignity you showed us in your life. even if i don't get the house i wanted , I hope that you are sleep deprived and everything in your personal life moves at the very pace you moved our application. I have not had a positive experience with this company because of you KAREN and I will never recommend anyone to seek the services of this company , again, because of you KAREN. I have not experience you to be an expert on what you do nor have I experienced your 24 hours turn around time you so boldly claim. after having informed you that the offer period is coming to an end and that there is another offer being made , all you managed to say was "oh shame torr" UYANDINYANYISA !!!
