Charlene at OOBA

I am a freelancer who tried to apply for a home loan. One specific bond originator I was referred to was extremely negative and basically just kept telling me how the banks do NOT like to give home loans to freelancers and that I would probably not get one seeing as my business also has not been registered for that long. I didn't feel like I was getting good service and then moved over to OOBA where I met Charlene. Charlene was such a breath of fresh air, immediately positive that she would be able to get me this home loan! Needless to say, she delivered on her promise and I am now buying a house with a home loan from FNB at a very good interest rate. Charlene is the definition of 'on the ball'. Especially if you are someone like me, a first time home buyer who actually knew very little about the process going in. She guided me through it all no matter how many questions I had and emails and messages I sent. She sent me a very clear list of all the documents I needed to provide her with and then she worked her magic. You are in very safe hands with Charlene. I would recommend her a million times over!
