Call Centre No Answer
I have called 3 times today - Held for over 15min each time - no Answer. Called twice yesterday - Held for over 20min,
I made all the changes with the agent - now no reply???

I specifically requested that the policy letter have the following, which is not uncommon: "“FNB’s Interests have been noted”"
