Buying a Home made as easy as possible !!!

To whom it may concern,

I was looking at buying a home because renting a home was getting ridiculously expensive, but I had NO idea where to start, that was until I was referenced to Ooba.

I got in contact with them and things started to happen immediately. Initially I wanted to find out if I would qualify for a home loan and for how much I would qualify for. Within 2 days after contacting Ooba I was given a pre-qualification certificate to guide me in the price I should be able to secure through a bank loan. Call me lucky but a week later I found the most amazing home to buy and it was within my "budget". I sent through all the relevant paperwork to Ooba and 5 days later I was approved by 3 different banks for the home loan. I couldn't believe this process would be this easy.

You both are truly amazing and I want to thank you for assisting me in starting the next chapter of my life in my amazing new home.
