Brilliant Service - Bond Application assistance (Bond Originator)

I recently entered the market in search of a ideal family property. After much searching, I finally found an ideal place and subsequent to agreements with the seller, Ooba Homeloans was recommended to assist with the bond application process. at first I wasn't eager for this as the bank I am with had already granted me a pre-approval I considered to be way better than what I had anticipated.

When the aforesaid offer expired, I felt that dealing with the banks was going to be cumbersome and that was when I allowed Ooba Homeloans to assist me with the applications to all banks as my bond originator, including the one I bank with as well. I was assisted by a lady named Riekie Dugmore (my bond originator), who was not only courteous but also provided me with constant update throughout the entire process (I never had to follow-up with her, she updated me whenever she had a response from the banks).

She also made sure that I get the best possible deal by engaging the banks and seeking to have them match the lowest offer I had at each interval and the result is that the bank I ultimately chose gave me a prime minus interest rate. This would not have been possible without Ooba and more specifically, Riekie Dugmore.
