Bond application nightmare

Worst, rudest service I have ever encountered. She app**** for a bond R250k more than what I requested (I decreased amount since signing OTP), stating \banks don't like giving small loans.\"

Eventually persuaded her to re-apply for correct amount, got approved bond for the WRONG amount AGAIN! Conveniently the morning of when it was due! Excuse:\"sorry my college made a mistake.\" Surely to get a higher commission?

Transfer attorneys notified me the bond must be in 2 names when purchasing a property together, even though 1 person is responsible for payment. They said I must ask bond originator to correct mistake urgently. When I called about this she said I never mentioned the property will be purchased in 2 names (even though I have e-mail evidence!) and she can't BELIEVE the attorneys expect her to fix it: \"They have a thing on their computer called the LAW! They must look at it!\"

Only after the owner of the law firm contacted her did she fix her mistakes, in two names and the correct amount.

I also got a casual \"Oh F***\" I'm so busy!\" once when I called her after waiting for her to get back to me.

Stay away, go to your bank directly!

Nearly lost the property TWICE."
