Fazlin Bock From Ooba was absolutely amazing. She assisted with every step of my application, patiently and explaining everything to me in a manner that I can understand. As a first time buyer one has a lot off questions and she was to happy to help, even on a Sunday morning when I had some questions. She is friendly, knowledgable and just a pleasure to work with.
