We are currently in the end stages of buying our home and Nadia Brakhoven has just been an absolute pleasure to work with, she is excellent at what she does. She not only saved us from going through the stress of going through the bond application process, but she went above and beyond to get us an approval at our own bank and negotiated a rate that we would have never gotten on our own. She also negotiated discounts on our bond and transfer fees and all of that in such a timeous manner. Nadia is a real asset to anyone looking to buy a home. Highly recommend her services, she is amazing!
