Bad service

I would like to lodge a complaint with regards to the services received by Ooba. In the past I have always received excellent services from Ooba, however this weekend I experienced an underground leak and had to enquire from Ooba as to what they could help me with. I was sent from pillar to post with nobody actually assisting me in the end. I had to stay the whole weekend without water. we had to keep calling back because nobody bothered to contact us on time. In the end I received no assistance from anyone and was forced to call someone out and pay out of my own money. I am deeply disappointed and will not be advising people to go with a company that cannot assist in an emergency situation
