Amazing Service

We had 1 day left on our offer to purchase after already extending it previously. We had endless problems up to this point using other methods. We then decided to try OOBA as a last resort because the next day the OTP would expire(in hindsight we should have just done this from the start). Nicole Peterson got in touch with me within a few minutes after I completed the initial online application and assisted with additional requirements. Jerome Johnson was then assigned to our application and he got our Bond fully approved the next morning! I really appreciated that he was willing to work such late hours ( I took some calls from him as late as 18:15 at night). Jerome kept in contact throughout and I was always up to date. We really appreciate this excellent service from both Nicole and Jerome.
