Amazing process, amazing outcome
I'm kicking myself for not using a bond originator on my first property purchase. This time round, the agent suggested Ooba, and Sharon Martle and Kathy Manson really came through. They were able to secure a MUCH better rate from my own bank, compared to my existing home loan. Sharon kept me informed of every new development as it happened, and made sure to highlight terms and conditions I should pay extra attention to. Kathy patiently explained the application process to me, advised on do's and don't, and answered all my little questions while filling out the requisite forms.
The whole process was superbly quick - from sending them my signed OTP on Thursday night, to having received feedback from five banks, a negotiated rate, and a signed loan offer on Monday evening.
