A failure of a company

Terrible service. An agent named Ridhaa Davids has failed to assist me with a prequalification assessment as I was looking to purchase a home asap. It has been a month since I had inquired and now nearly 3 weeks since I had heard from this guy. Our last correspondence was over a telephonic call about where he assured me that the results of the assessment would be available to me that day 3 weeks ago. They have failed to commit to the basic services that they offer, which indicates that they would fail to commit to their other services such as assisting with a home loan.
