refused to pay for the damages that their drivre caused

This company is taking advantage of people their driver Michael bumped my car around early this month, from when I reported the matter to how they have handled the matter was so unfair and mistreating of people. Their driver was at fault however they refuse to pay the damages all they say was that the person who caused the accident must pay me yet again the person who cause the accident didnt have any fault against my car from the lady by the name of Matshidiso Zwane giving me attitude from the very 1st day I called them to KArin Olckers who refuse for my car to be fixed apparently they are not at fault according to them. Beware of companies like this that actually refuse to own up and take fully responsibilities yet again they have cars out there working for their companies. Because im an individual and dont have car insurance this is how they mistreat us.
