worst service by One Stop travel

My Wife and I had a bad experience with One Stop Travel. We booked our flights with them and paid them the monies only to find out in Delhi our connecting flights were cancelled. Phone One Stop travel they asked us to do eft which we have done I have proof of that and we had to exchange our dollars ( spending money to pay the balance owing on the flights. They advised me to get a letter From Jet Airway which we presented to One Stop Travel and they were supposed to refund our monies to date we did not receive any refund to the amount of R16k we have made numerous calls all in vain. its now 6 months. will not recommend anybody to use One Stop Travel
