What a waste and unprofessional Travel agency

No customers care in this head office branch in overport. This branch care only for their commission and the airline. They are not being informative and supportive when passenger facing issues with the airline . They only target passengers money. They misled client in order to increase their commission. I have been told to cancel the tickets while i could be told to claim for the refund because by cancelling the ticket they are still making commission. It seems like they work with some airlines to gain unfairly from the passenger. Your trip may be denied without a valid reason as if they were common agreement between One Stop travel tour and the airline. We have denied check in on the 14 November without any valid reason by the airline and also on the 17 November with the same airline. Twice we have bought the ticket with one stop travel & tours. According to the airline and one stop travel & tours, the Dublin immigration is responsible because they are the one who denied the boarding pass. We consulted the Ireland embassy and Dublin immigration, we habe told there is no pre clearance. Hence the reason put by the agent and the airline was just a lie, a deceptive act to make the money. We have misled by their Agent Bilal. I will never recommend this Agency to anyone who want to travel in overseas. I will suggest you to buy your own ticket online than paying more than a ticket price and regret after. One Stop
