Very disappointing service

Sadly every email I send with queries to this company about the prices of flights are ignored and never answered. I have sent many emails at different intervals but they fail to respond. Sadly, as I had made use of their service before and wanted to support them again, I had to change my plans. I just want them to know how disappointing their service has become. The more they are expanding, the more they are neglecting their loyal clients and the worse is their service becoming.
