Unprofessional and ********* in issuing of booking/tickets timeously

I booked a cruise with them in October and everyone since then I have been trying to get my booking number. I paid in full. The cruise agent who books on behalf of them said that I would receive my booking number a few weeks before the cruise departs. I have still not received my booking number and the cruise is set to departure next week! I find this absolutely unprofessional and *********. The agent said to me last week that I would receive my booking number by latest Monday (yesterday). Today I messaged her and she is conveniently on leave from tomorrow but said she would e-mail the booking agent today. One stop, is this how you treat your clients who pay in full? I need this booking number to book my s**** excursions, drinks packages etc. BEFORE these bookings close. How absolutely frustrating and nerve -wracking to deal with an agency like this.
