My family and I have book for a trip to India for last year December during to covid this trip was canceled inhave tried on numerous occasions to get back my deposits I called them and emailed the a number of times all I get bis the person is on leave on lunch and or sick Really they service is pathetic, When u call the. They say the friendly consultant will assist they should change it cause no one there is friendly Seema seems to be a very busy women who never replies to mails sent 2 months back Really this kind of service is pathetic I will never ever in my life advise or even for myself recommend one stop Chantal been the person I spoke to too book this trip never returns my call or emails People please when considering one stop think twice
