Umrah one stop travel and tours - Pathetic service

Terrible booking and service of one stop travel and tours for an umrah package. They fail to reveal to customers that' they book downtown hotels with broken beds, leaking taps, broken furniture n boris infested rooms. The agent **** and mislead my family along with other other families that we will be staying in a four star hotel when we stayed at a 3 star unkept, untidy room where there was no room service. The food offered was terrible and not up to any standard also differed significantly to what the package was displayed when booked. One stop travel and tours are not leaders in the market so please don't choose them and they do not deliver as promised and paid for. Rather pay the same rate , if not a little extra and have peace of mind and travel in style international instead of using this unprofessional horrible agency who will give you a traumatic time. I have pictures to prove the terrible hotel condition and whatsapp messages from a group which families all frustrated about the trip. Please guys do not chose one stop as their customer service will not even assist or come to a mutal agreement . Their entire staff are rude.please contact me if you need to confirm anything.
