Terrible service

I contacted one stop travel twice for a quote on an overseas holiday, on both attempts my contact details were taken , I received no feedback hence I have written to them a complaint and sent it via a social media platform in which they responded saying they will query what had happened until today nothing has been done n no one even called They keep on advertising but their service is absolutely horrible I would not recommend you use them @onestoptravel stop advertising if you can not meet the needs of consumers
