Pleasantly surprised- despite bad reviews

I used One Stop Travel and Tours in December 2024 for a package to Japan, which included meals, tours, and more.

At first, I was a bit skeptical due to the many negative reviews online which I came across, but I’m happy to say my experience was nothing short of excellent. Everything was well-organized, smooth, and hassle-free. The travel agent, Waseela, was professional and attentive, ensuring that every detail that bothered us, was taken care of.

I’m really pleased with the service I received and would happily recommend One Stop to others.

Sometimes you have to experience things for yourself — and in this case, I’m glad I did!
