This is my family and my complimentary tribute to the One Stop Travel for excellent service,tour advice, customer care and for transcending the call of duty.

This was a stark contrast to my previous, nightmarish experience with Irshaad Malek, who was evasive, uncaring, manipulative and exploitative.

Uzair from One stop offered me the best travel package for Umrah , minus any hidden agendas. He checked all my documents(id's all passengers in order, passports,visa in order confirmed.His team and his customer care was exemplary, every step of the way, ensuring that we felt safe at all times.At the time to collect my tickets Raeesa , can be described as a well educated personnel who knows how to communicate with a clients Uzair , exceeded my expectations, a professional representative as well maintained contact with me when I checked in at King Shaka International, Durban. Uzair contacted me several times along my destination: both in Jedda and Medina. He then followed up arrangements for the private driver to transport my family and I safely to our hotel. At Maakah, Shaazia from one stop well mannered receptionist called to ensure our safety and enquiring how was the journey.Shaazia also noted for going the extra mile as She further advised me on making cost- effective calls to Durban, networks and apps Uzair again checked on my safe arrival in Makkah. He again checked if I was packed and ready to depart from Makkah. Upon our arrival in Jedda, he again checked on our safety and experience. Finally , upon our arrival back in Durban, he once more checked on our safety. The owner, too,Mr Motala took the time and made the effort to see us at the office before we left. An Excellent Boss that passes on his professionalism onto Uzair. Uzair definitely is an icon. I have never experienced such Good Service before. And Good services should be complimented on media. I salute Uzair and his One Stop Travel Team for making my spiritual journey a most enjoyable and special one where "EVERY" member of my family were included .I made special dua for him, in return for his constant care and support. I highly recommend this company for any International Travel , knowing one will be safe and well cared for. Uzair and One Stop Travel, may you only grow from strength to strength. This is a true definition where you lead and others learn. Allah’s blessings upon u always 🤲

My Future visits to the holy Kingdom of Saudi will definitely be Onestop Travel and Tour.
