OneStop travel

I was quoted a package deal to Turkey on the 8th May with 4 & 5 star hotels. 2 weeks before our departure our hotels were changed. We were promised like for like when it changed. Was nothing like that. 80% hotels were changed. To 3 star and under.it was such a disappointment. We had hotels with no hot water or soap. On some cases the toilets ran nonstop all night and we couldn't sleep. The AC was a problem all over.. bedding was disgusting. When we called for assistance nobody in the hotels could speak English. Meals at hotels were not up to standard. We had to pay for a basic thing like water at dinner. Please do not put your customers through this. I'm a pensioner and spend our hard earned money on trips like this hoping we enjoy our stay. I'm hoping somebody will listen to this and respond with something positive.
