One Stop Travels false advertising
On the 26th of December my parents embarked on the holiday to India with ONE Stop, all of the fees were paid upfront and well before this date. Once they arrived in India they have been **** too. when they had booked this holiday with the consultant they were promised 4 star hotels as per there itinerary, but have been put in 3 star and 2 star hotels. They are charging people based on a 4 star hotel and downgrading them, Surely a 2 or 3 star hotel costs less than what they had paid for? Which makes me wonder what they are doing with the extra money. I think this is false advertising because what was promised to them they never got.

My parents are about to return to South Africa and they are asked to leave the hotel they are in at 12pm and they are only being taken to the airport at 12am. This is a 12 hour gap, and according to the itinerary they should have an hotel until they leave. Both my parents are Diabetics and my Dad is sick and needs the toilet,, he will have to be without 1 for 12 hours. The agent dealing with my parents said the must go shopping, I'm not sure when the last time she has been shopping for 12 hours....
