One stop travel, not even worth the one star

I recently booked a package with one stop to Dubai, I have to say the service was beyond pathetic, thanks to One stop I did not enjoy my holiday. Before I booked my ticket I enquired about the hotel as I am a little ocd, I was told we will be booked into a hotel called Lewana however on the day we got to the airport we found out the hotel was changed to Ramada. I really dont care if it was an upgrade,the principle behind it was terrible, there should have been some communication about changes. On arriving at the airport we waited for 2 hours to get checked into our rooms as the hotel was so disorganized. We ended up sleeping around 5 because of the delay and we were up at 7 because we had our half day city tour at 9 30. We waited in the lobby for our transport for 1 and a half hours the driver only arrived at 11 and we were told there was traffic but surprisingly all the other tour groups were on time we watched them leave while we waited endlessly. The tour was below average, the driver didn't even know where he was going, the tour guide had to literally give him directions,they also spoke in urdu and they were unaware that I understood perfectly, the tour guide actually told the driver he will cut out some places because of the time and we wont know.i did not make a scene as it was my partners first international trip and the start of it was already quite bad. However once the tour was over I had a word with the tour guide privately and he told me he wasnt the tour guide for the day he was actually a free lancer that was called last minute.On the day we went to Burj Khalifa the atmosphere was the same, the guy who fetched us from the hotel did not know anything, he just dumped us at the mall and we were left to figure things out with the most annoying bunch of miserable old hags who were part of the group, there were ten people in total and everyone was arguing about the fact that no one had tickets to the burj or the aquarium and they were just blaming us because we sat close to the driver it's our responsibility to know. Those people are not my family that I needed to go and sort things out for them and have them tell me off because I'm younger and play the "I'm an elder have respect" card on me because quite frankly they are flip all to me and once again that experience was because of one stop, it was meant to be private tours meaning just my partner and I but every tour was done as a group tour and we had disagreements and arguments on all the tours. The people we were grouped with were old and creepy and just got on our nerves. When we hugged or held hands they just looked at us like we are doing something so wrong with whispers we could clearly hear. I didn't go on holiday to be judged and ridiculed by other people.we were told it was private tours and again lack off communication from One stop if I was told it's a group tour I wouldn't have booked it as my partner and I really needed time for ourselves. We never recieved the aquarium tickets, while waiting for our burj tickets we were told the aquarium was not included although we had it on email, I dont know who shiksha is but she really doesn't know much, really unhelpful. Some people from the group got the tickets,others were getting refunds but we were told it's not included yet we payed the full amount. One of the most degrading experiences was the creek cruise dinner, it might sound fabulous but what you get is actually quiet shamefull. Once again a driver came to fetch us and he only had the name of one person we had to explain for about 15 minutes, he made some calls then agreed to take all of us, when we arrived the most stubborn cold people counted us and pointed where to go, when we entered the boat it was really cramped, there were 5 glasses for 10 people. The organiser on the boat looked frustrated with no people s****s,he just wanted to get things over with. We stood in a long line to get an amazing dinner of Dhal and rice with a tiny cube of chicken. I am vegetarian but the people who ate chicken were told they can only take one piece. We were given coke in a little plastic cup that looked like a shot glass.I was beyond shocked, I really couldn't believe one stop would offer something so cheap with no class what so ever. What frustrated me the most was there were way better options with tours in Dubai but One stop chose the most cheap ,pathetic,unreliable tours, I really thought One stop was a reputable company, I would have never imagined that One stop is actually very ***********. I would like to point out that it was no fault of our agent jaymei, she was really fabulous in every way and went beyond expectations, it was the poor organisation and choices made by the company that was the problem. I really dont want any trained manager to contact me to tell me how sorry they are because nothing will give me my experience back,this was the first time my partner and I went on vacation together,that to after being through a very rough patch and thanks to One stop that special experience was ruined for me. I really feel like the owner of One stop should be embarrassed for making people this miserable, I know the company is all about making money but dont play with peoples emotions because special memories is not something I can get back.
