One stop travel is a No No

It was a dream for my parents to go to India.

Unfortunately one stop has failed from their side. We booked a deluxed packaged , ensuring a 4-5 star hotel to be ******* into a 2-3 star hotel. Every night our water would be cut at 9pm , the hotel rooms were filthy , the bathrooms were unbearable as it was not cleaned.

As a person using a travel agency, one if of the impression that everything will be taken care of from the agency, unfortunately this was not the case.

I am so disappointed with one stop as they did not provide the service that we expected. My parents had to suffer sitting in a bus that was mediocre compared to a deluxed version which was given to us the last day of our trip to travel back to the airport.

Whoever is considering using one stop to book PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.
