One stop ...last stop

False advertising as a deluxe package but booked us into 3 star or in my opinion 2 star hotels which were incredibly filthy. All our seats on flights were scrambled and most most of our flights were delayed and we got no help from 1stop. I share the sentiments of Mr P Moodley who was on the same tour as us.

Instead of threatening legal action why don't you stick to your word and give us what we paid for.

There are 24 of us in a group that can attest to the false advertising as 4 or 5 star hotels buy you set us up in dirt bins.
