No customers care, no honnesty and no clarity.

Our boarding pass and Checkin was denied without a valid reason and one stop recommend the airline and did not do anything to assist on resolving the issue. They choose to mislead us than caring about passengers being mistreated and manipulated unfairly by the airline. I will recommend anyone to buy your ticket on your own online than approaching such travel agency one stop.
