My refund

we made traveling payments in February but due to covid we had to withdraw, this agent has been a headache in giving back our refunds from may we fighting. Certain people have been given their money but most of not.they keep.giving me different emails that don't work it's a headache honestly. I need my money back I have sent everything to them but they still tell me to use different emails and they said they are doing me a favor
