Humanitarian Issue Disaster in KZN
Booking- ***1 I have had the worst experience with One Stop travel during the DISASTER IN KZN. I booked via One stop to go on the MSC 20/4/2022. On the 11/4/2022 the heavy rains damage my property to the extent where all the walls collapsed around my house, the entire bottom of my house was flooded and we are currently caved in unable to move our car as, we are surrounded by rumble and mud. Due to this disaster we are unable to go on the cruise. I called on the Anna at Onestop on 11/4 to notify her of the disaster and sent her pics of all the damages we incurred as confirmation of our ordeal. Anna @Onestop H/O advised she will contact MSC and get back to me. I advised that I would require a refund and if that was not possible a voucher or a postponement too the next cruise date could be arranged. My daughter called MSC directly to enquire of possible options and was told that we could postpone to another date due to the circumstances BUT One stop would have to send an email requesting the postponement. The response from Anna @ One stop was she called MSC and they advised that its a full cancellation with no refund. This is totally unacceptable considering it was an unforeseen natural disaster that we could not control, I contacted Riaz @ Onestop who never bothered to call me back after left a message with his secretary and sent an online request for him to contact me. Surely MSC and One stop can have some empathy on the disaster that occurred considering there website states flexible bookings. I request an urgent refund or voucher to postpone for the next cruise as I am currently caved in and am unable to leave my property. I'm truly disappointed in the inhuman manner that I have been treated and I need an immediate response on how this matter can be resolved.
