Great service gateway

In May this year i traveled to Hong-kong but when i got back i didn't get a chance to write my review, delayed but here it is. I looked around for quotes for a few months with different travel agencies and it was quiet frustrating because most people were not really helpful. I have to say Jaymei from one stop in gateway was above the rest in every way. She was exceptional. She phoned me when i recieved my first quote to go through it so i understand, which no one else did from over 15 different travel agents that i contacted including other one stop branches, She helped me with various different quotes always calling to see if i was happy or needed to change anything. Im a bit of an annoying person i couldn't make up my mind for a few weeks but she was so tolerant and always went the extra mile to help me. I really appreciated the extra advice and tips before my trip.I traveled to a few places before and i never stick to one travel agent but now i definitely will. You guys have a treasure, if all your staff treat clients like Jaymie does your inbox will only be full with compliments.
